ECLT Properties in Bloomfield

CAPC is partnering with the Essex County Community Land Trust (ECLT) to bring affordable housing to Bloomfield. The two organizations were awarded $690,000 by the New Jersey State Department of Community Affairs to purchase and rehabilitate seven residential living units, returning the homes to active use as quality affordable housing.

Construction has completed on the three two-family homes in Bloomfield. The properties are completely rehabilitated and are currently occupied.
