All Saints Condominiums

The All Saints Condominium project is a complete gut rehabilitation of a four-story abandoned Catholic School in the Bergen/Lafayette neighborhood of Jersey City. The property is converted into 25 one- and two-bedroom condominiums. The All Saints project represents a $5.5 million investment in the neighborhood and is the first adaptive reuse of an abandoned property in the neighborhood in over a decade. The units target working-class home buyers that are largely being priced out of purchasing property in Jersey City.
