Is your sink backed up or did you lose your key? For these and similar concerns, please contact our property management team at the number below. If your call is outside of normal business hours, the voicemail will be sent out to the team so they can address any maintenance emergencies.

Your rent is due at the 1st of the month and a late fee will be charged if rent is not received by the 5th of the month, as stated in your lease. Checks/money orders should be made out to the entity found in your lease and tenant sheet. If you have lost these documents, please call us at 973-841-2674 ext. 342. Rental payments can be made online at http://capcpm.org. Payments can be mailed or given in person at:

We ask that you transfer the utilities specified in your lease to your name within 5 business days of moving in. If you have misplaced your tenant sheet given to you at move in or did not receive this sheet with the utility account information, please contact our Client Services Coordinator at 973-841-2674 ext. 342 or by sending us an email.
