ReSeed Newark – Abandoned Properties Rehabilitation

CAPC is working with the City of Newark and local contractors to rehabilitate 156 vacant and abandoned properties in targeted neighborhoods throughout the city.
Partnering in Plainfield

CAPC rehabilitated nine properties in Plainfield in partnership with Faith, Bricks, and Mortar. The formerly vacant properties are located within a five block radius allowing to maximum impact on the surrounding community.
52 & 54 Blum Street

CAPC developed 15 homes totaling 32 units of scattered-site housing in Newark. 52 and 54 Blum Street are neighboring properties with a combined 5 residential units that represent the quality, affordable housing rehabilitated throughout the city.
